Am I The Only One Who Thinks This Is Funny? 3

Food Wars is an anime/manga I like quite a bit.  There's very little about it I don't like.  I like the characters, the recipes, and yes, I like the fan service, too.  One thing I especially like, though, are the character facial expressions where they don't have pupils.

Are they competitors or teammates.

This is so cute, it's funny.

I wonder if this girl can see through all the tears.

Soma is impressed by Alice's lack of pupils.

Soma and Alice love having no pupils.

Soma also enjoys losing his pupils with another boy.

Nobody can lose their pupils like Soma.
It's especially funny when a character is show ire.

That's the last time Soma will touch her like that.

It's kind of hard to take Alice seriously when she's like this.
And just check out this guy's face as Soma gets in touch with his inner Steven Seagal.

If only you could hear the sound effects here.
And Tadokoro's misery is my joy.  I wonder if the creator takes as much joy in torturing her.

Simply sitting down scares the poor girl...

...so how do you think she'd react to a scary-looking middle-aged man.

She's so cute when she's panicking.

Soma causes her heartache...

...and give her a stomachache.

Yeah, she has pupils here, but I can't get enough of seeing it.
The series is full of moments like this.  It doesn't matter what mood their in, they always find a way to not have pupils.  Maybe I'm making something out of nothing, but it makes me laugh.

Tan, blonde, scantily-clad, and obsessed with meat.  These things all describe Food Wars' Ikumi Mito...or Nikumi as she's called in the manga...or Meat-Meat as the anime calls her.  No matter what you call her, she's the same girl. Anime Hotties: Yaeko Minegasaki

Do you like young professional women?  Do you like women with purple hair?  Do you like Food Wars, but can't find an adult female to drool over?  Well, guess what?  She exists.  Her name is Yaeko Minegasaki. Yaeko Minegasaki isn't that hard to miss.  She's the first REAL threat Soma Yukihira faces in his quest to become a top-class chef.  She an urban planner and, as such, she's the devil. Soma is not impressed. She's a cool, mature woman.  She knows she's sexy and she's not afraid to use what she's got to get what she wants. A confident Minegasaki attempting to turn on the charm. Kawai Complex is a hilarious anime with a few cute girls.  Introducing Mayumi Nishikino, Kawai Complex's washed-up veteran of love. Mayumi Nishikino, a full-fledged working woman who can't find love. Mayumi is a total bitch.  She's frustrated by her inability to find love, jealous when others find it, and happy when others break up.  It's pathetic, really. It doesn't take much to make her angry. It doesn't matter whether you're nine-years old or pushing thirty like her, if you piss her off, you'll here about it...or feel it. This is what happens when you make her angry.
