Yaeko Minegasaki isn't that hard to miss. She's the first REAL threat Soma Yukihira faces in his quest to become a top-class chef. She an urban planner and, as such, she's the devil.

Minegasaki does have one major, character breaking flaw. She's only in one episode...and never comes back. After her food orgasm in the first episode, she vanishes and is never heard from again. When you have an hottie like this, you have to milk her for all she's worth. Oh well, at least she kept her promise to Yukihira to not come back.
