Food Wars Anime Review

Image
Food, fanservice, and funniness.  That is what Food Wars is all about.  It's an awesome manga with great visuals.  So how does the anime stack up?  Grab a plate and let's dig in. Just like the manga, this anime is about Soma Yukihira in his quest to become a top-tier chef.  The anime is almost a total copy of the manga.  No big detours, not censored too heavily, and virtually no filler (yet).  The characters and, most importantly, the food all come to life. The food you remember is back and in color. All your favorites are here. Naturally, with the food come the food orgasms and with the food orgasms comes fanservice.  Everything you saw in the manga is only bolstered in anime form.  If you liked it in the manga, you'll love it here.  There's just something about seeing AND hearing this stuff in action that pushes it to another level.  On the other hand, if you didn't like it in the manga, you'll think it's excessive in the anime.  It does,

Anime Hotties: Yaeko Minegasaki

Do you like young professional women?  Do you like women with purple hair?  Do you like Food Wars, but can't find an adult female to drool over?  Well, guess what?  She exists.  Her name is Yaeko Minegasaki. Yaeko Minegasaki isn't that hard to miss.  She's the first REAL threat Soma Yukihira faces in his quest to become a top-class chef.  She an urban planner and, as such, she's the devil. Soma is not impressed. She's a cool, mature woman.  She knows she's sexy and she's not afraid to use what she's got to get what she wants. A confident Minegasaki attempting to turn on the charm. She does lose her cool from time to time.  For example, she gets scared of buckets and plates of food for no good reason. It's like she's looking at a bucket full of death. To be fair, you never know what Soma is going to feed you. Of course, there's the obligatory food orgasm. The build up... ...and the climax. And a small

Jellyfish Princess Anime Review

Image
It's a epic tale about a girl with a jellyfish obsession, a drag queen, and a bunch of ugly women.  Jellyfish Princess has it all.  Let's take a look. Tsukimi Kuroshita is the jellyfish-obsessed protagonist of this story.  Ever since a trip to the aquarium as a kid, jellyfish have been her thing.  She has a room full of jellyfish drawings and actually schools a pet shop worker on how to properly take care of them, warning him that one type of jellyfish will die because it's in the same tank as another kind.  Enter the drag queen. This is Tsukimi and... ...she loves jellyfish. Kuranosuke Koibuchi is said drag queen who witnesses Tsukimi harassing the worker.  He offers to buy the jellyfish for her so it can...be in a tank and look cute.  Well, it does inspire Tsukimi, but don't expect it to climb out of the tank and start eating people. Kuranosuke in drag. He actually looks MORE feminine out of drag. But I don't want to look like a girl!

No men were raped in the making of this blackmail. She has all the habits any harpy has.  She smokes. Smoking in the boardroom.  A mark of a true professional. She drinks.  To show some versatility, she can spike men's drinks, too . Someone's about to get date-raped. She fights. Is this Jellyfish Princess or Dragon Ball Z. And of course no female dog is complete without the occasional bout with crazy bitch syndrome.
