How would you feel about running an amusement park?  How about dating a hot girl?  Now imagine meeting that hot girl, but instead of dating you, she draws a gun on you and coerces you into running the amusement park.  That is the wacky world of Amagi Brilliant Park. Amagi Brilliant Park is a comedy that follow a boy called Seiya Kanie, a former child star.  This, however is not important, because his being a child star never is a factor.  That being said, he's not some worthless protagonist.  As it turns out, he has good management skills. Seiya Kanie, our protagonist. Moving on.  The first thing you see when the anime starts is Kanie staring down the barrel of a gun being held by the aformentioned hot girl, Isuzu Sento.  Not long afterwards, he's taken the a theme park, called Amagi Brilliant Park.  Once there, he discovers it's a lifeless shithole with almost no customers.  As you might guess, the park is on the verge of closing.  If they can't get 250,00

When you're in her sights, you're screwed. Make no mistake, Isuzu is good at shooting and she'll do it at a moments notice.  It's understandable as she used to be a warrior in Maple Land and hence, violence and intimidation come natural to her.  Everything, from teenagers to transsexual pervert cats have felt the string of her nonleathal bullets. There nothing like shooting giant pink cats to let off some steam. Her guns are always at the ready. If you get this look, start running. She has her fair share of CBS, or crazy bitch syndrome. Huragh!  That's the sound of me vomiting.  Why?  Because this manga makes me want to vomit every time I attempt to read it.  Allow me to explain.  This is Nisekoi. Well...at least the cover looks nice. Nisekoi follows a boy called Raku as he attempts to find the love of his life.  How will he do that?  By find a person who has the key to the heart-shaped locket he wears around his neck. The main female (and likely the girl he'll wind up with) is called Chitoge.  As you'd expect from any bad romantic comedy (as this series claims to be), she's a complete bitch.  She hurls verbal abuse a Raku, while Raku fights back with...nothing.  To be clear, he makes attempts to stand up to her, but he tries to craft his words carefully with she spews pure venom.  In other words, these exchanges are very lopsided. Are you looking for a strong female fighter?  How about a loyal woman?  Maybe a decent virtual reality chef is what you want?  Well, look no further than Sword Art Online.  There, you'll find a woman who happens to be all three.  Her name is Asuna Yuki, the ultimate ride-or-die chick. Hell hath no fury like Asuna's sword. Asuna is a swordsman, an absurdly powerful one at that.  Anything Kirito can kill, she can.  She is a terror on the battlefield.  Who wouldn't her on their side in a fight? Piss her off and this is the last thing you'll ever see. Asuna and Kirito face the ultimate threat together. She's not stupid, though.  She knows when she's outmatched. Ha ha, look at them run. As tough as she is, though, she has a softer side.  She is a good cook (in the virtual world at least). Don't bother her went she's in the kitchen. She's also compassionate and supportive. It's one of the most controversial anime of all time.  Not because it does anything dastardly or wrong, but because people can't decide whether or not it sucks.  Some really love it while others hate it, generally with very few people in the middle.  Let's Dive into Sword Art Online. Sword Art Online is an anime where people get trapped inside a videogame, putting it squarely in what I call the .Hack genre.  It follow a guy called Kirito as he and thousands of other players are purposely trapped in a VR game by a sadistic game developer.  Anyone who dies in the game, dies in real life.  The only way for people to get free is for some (anyone really) to beat the game.  Kirito, as you may have guessed, has taken it upon himself to beat this game, by himself if possible.
